We have exciting vending, tabling and exhibiting during Rainbow Row: Organization + Vendor Expo on Friday, May 24, 5 – 8 p.m. and Saturday, May 25, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. in the host hotel.

Vendor/exhibitor applications must be submitted online using the form below. A complete description of item(s) to be vended or exhibited must be on the application. Credit card, check and money order are accepted for payment. Payment must be finalized and paid in full by 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

CBE reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.

Important Information

  • All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.
  • Food vendors are not permitted.
  • Electricity is not available.
