We have exciting vending, tabling and exhibiting opportunities on
- Friday, May 22 (noon - 9 p.m.) and/or Saturday, May 23 (10 a.m. - 8 p.m.), Grand Hyatt Washington, Independence Level Foyer (host hotel)
- Sunday, May 24, noon to 6 p.m., Cultural Arts and Wellness Festival at the Francis-Stevens Educational Campus, 2425 N St (24th & N St), NW.
Vendor applications must be submitted online. A complete description of item(s) to be vended must be on the application application. See application below.
DCBP reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.
All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.
Please note that food vendors are not permitted. Electricity is not available.
Special Note for DC Black Pride Cultural Arts and Wellness Festival
Standard space is one (1) 6 foot table, two (2) chairs. If you require additional tables or space there will be a fee, please contact us by phone at 202-347-0555 .
All vendor spaces will be under a tent at no addition cost. However you may bring your own tent provided you give notice in writing via email to email@example.com of your intentions prior to the expo.
Vendor applicatons must be finalized and paid in full by midnight, Wednesday, May 13. Applications submitted after Friday, May 8 are not guaranteed to be included in the DC Black Pride Guide.
We accept credit card, check, money order and cash for payment.
