25th DC Black Pride Awards Reception

Join us to honor the 2015 DC Black Pride Awards recipients. This year’s Welmore Cook Award for community service awardees are long time community activists Steven Walker and Eboné F. Bell. Genise Chambers-Woods will receive the Charlotte Smallwood Award presented to the DC Black Pride volunteer of the year. The Leadership Award presented to Black LGBT community leaders who are thirty years old or under will be presented to Jessica Pierce and Keith D. Jones Jr. The evening will include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
