2020 Vendor & Exhibitor Application

We have exciting vending, tabling and exhibiting during Rainbow Row: Organization + Vendor Expoin the host hotel:
Friday, May 22, 5 – 8 p.m.
Saturday, May 23, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Pricing
Non-profits: $150
For profits: $250
Vendor/exhibitor applications must be submitted online using the form below. A complete description of item(s) to be vended or exhibited must be on the application. Credit card, check and money order are accepted for payment. Payment must be finalized and paid in full by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
Details
- All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.
- Food vendors are not permitted.
- Electricity is not available.
CBE reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.
