Vending & Exhibiting

Vendor & Exhibitor Application

We have exciting vending, tabling and exhibiting opportunities on

  • Friday, May 26, 12 – 9 p.m., Grand Hyatt Washington (host hotel)
  • Saturday, May 27, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Grand Hyatt Washington (host hotel)
  • Sunday, May 28, 12 – 6 p.m., Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt Vernon Pl NW, WDC 20001 (Epic Live)

Vendor/exhibitor applications must be submitted online. A complete description of item(s) to be vended must be on the application.

DCBP reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.

All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.

Food vendors are not permitted. Electricity is not available.

Special Note for Cultural Arts & Wellness Festival

The 2017 DC Black Pride Cultural Arts & Wellness Festival is part of Epic Live presented in collaboration with Daryl Wilson Promotions at Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Standard space is one (1) 6 foot table, two (2) chairs. If you require additional tables or space there will be a fee, contact us by phone at 202.641.8527 with your intentions prior to the festival.

Deadlines

Applications must be finalized and paid in full by midnight, Wednesday, May 17, 2017.
